The awards celebrate the best and brightest business talent in the Wellington region and since 1999 the list of winners has been laden with inspirational businesses from Wellington's New Economy.
Last year's category winners are such a group: from Lower Hutt, a massive metal recycler, Macaulay Metals, a green family-run coffee company, Celcius, to a major paint manufacturer, Dulux.
The supreme award went to Endoform, a high-tech tissue substitute developed by Lower Hutt firm Mesynthes.
Entries to this year’s awards close Friday 9 March. Finalists are announced on Tuesday 17 April and the awards are held at TSB Bank Arena on Thursday 31 May.
