The area of land will be reclassified from Recreation Reserve to Local Purpose (Community Use) Reserve.
The Te Aroha Hutt Valley Association currently holds four separate leases with Council for the land area being reclassified. The intention is for the Association to surrender all lease documents for this parcel of land and for a single lease document to be issued to the Association. The area of land leased will increase by 20m² although no change in the current use or administration of the land will occur.
Written submissions regarding the reclassification and issuing of a lease should be sent to Aaron Marsh, Hutt City Council, Private Bag 31912, Lower Hutt.
Submissions can be emailed, posted or hand delivered and must be received by 13 March 2012.
