Renewal of food registration
To help you renew your existing registration, each year we will send out an invoice with an application form already filled in. Please make any changes to the form if necessary, sign the application form and return the form with the appropriate fee. A new Certificate of Hygiene will be sent out when we have received your application form and fee.
Transfer of food registration
If you want to transfer a registration from the previous owner to a new owner, you will need to:
- Complete the Application to Transfer Registration (PDF 44kb)
- Pay the appropriate fee
