Programmes for seniors

Get out and about, see the sights, get your heart rate up, get a dose of culture and meet new people. We aim to provide a great mixture of fun trips, events and exercise options to help keep you active and well.

Learn to Swim

We run a Learn to Swim programme for swimmers from six months of age right through to adults. If you want to learn to swim, receive stroke correction or learn about water safety, you’ve come to the right place!
